Our Story
It started with a simple frustration: hot sauces that were essentially "dares" in a bottle, designed only to ruin your palate. We wanted something better. We wanted a sauce that elevates food, not masks it. That's why we went back to basics, focusing on premium whole ingredients and the patience required for natural fermentation.

For us, it all started with The OG — a cherished family recipe that proves bold flavor doesn't need artificial additives. This signature fermented habanero sauce relies on simple ingredients to deliver an incredibly complex punch: roasted red peppers, fresh habaneros, coarse salt, and vinegar. The raw simplicity of this sauce became our creative blueprint. Seeing the incredible depth of flavor that comes from traditional fermentation and minimal intervention inspired our entire brand. Today, every new sauce we craft is a fresh riff built on the fiery, simple foundation of our family's original masterpiece.
