We ship nationwide across South Africa. Orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Yes! All our fermented chilli sauces are made with 100% natural, plant-based ingredients and are naturally gluten-free. We don’t use any artificial thickeners, fillers, or animal products.
We have a range of heat levels from medium to extreme. Our fermentation process mellows the harsh burn and brings out complex flavours, but the heat is definitely still there! Check the heat indicator on each product page.
Due to health and safety regulations regarding consumable goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened bottles. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the unopened product.
